Thursday November 5, 2026 9:00am - Friday November 6, 2026 4:00pm PST
Over two days, this hands-on workshop will explore the key conditions, strategies, and leadership practices that help schools cultivate meaningful innovation within and beyond their organizations. Together, we will explore how to build cultures of innovation, foster collaboration and creativity, and design authentic, world-centered learning connected to the wider community.
Through interactive discussions, case studies, protocols, and real-world examples, participants will examine the complexities of leading innovative schools.  The workshop will offer practical tools, frameworks, and experiences that participants can adapt to their own contexts as they work to create learning communities that are thoughtful, responsive, and future-oriented.
