About me
Taísa Barros is an experienced educator with over 20 years in teaching and learning, holding a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University. For the past eight years, she has served as an English Language Support Specialist at Avenues São Paulo, supporting multilingual learners and collaborating with faculty to enhance student success. Her professional interests include adult education, teacher development, and instructional leadership. She is a co-founder of the New Leaf Program, an onboarding initiative designed to support and empower newly hired faculty as they transition into their roles and become thriving members of the school community.
