About me
I have worked in Education for over 13 years, primarily in international schools, supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of children and adolescents. I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and have a genuine passion for studying human development and working closely with young people and their families.I believe that every individual is capable of reaching their full potential when provided with the appropriate guidance, support, and opportunities. For this reason, I value an approach that combines high expectations with care and encouragement, helping children and adolescents develop not only academically, but also in terms of self-awareness, responsibility, and confidence to navigate challenges.I also believe that students thrive when schools, families, and other professionals work in partnership. Open communication, aligned expectations, and a shared commitment to students’ well-being are essential to fostering meaningful growth and helping young people become the best version of themselves.
