Allison is passionate about creating the conditions for meaningful learning while keeping students at the center of decision-making. As an educational leader, her goal is to bridge vision and practice by supporting educators in designing learning experiences grounded in authentic assessment, student agency, and purposeful reflection. She believes educators are most impactful when they act as advocates and mentors, helping students engage in meaningful and rigorous learning. Through collaboration and systems thinking, she is committed to exploring how schools can better support both students and teachers.
